Shipping policy
Absolutely. One important legal note before the policy:
Under South African law (particularly the Consumer Protection Act), a business generally cannot completely disclaim liability for goods that are lost or damaged before they are delivered to the customer, especially where the courier is acting on the seller's behalf. Since the shipping contract is usually between Homley and the courier, customers will generally look to Homley to resolve lost or damaged shipments. You can, however, state that delivery times are estimates and that delays caused by the courier are outside your control, while committing to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.
With that in mind, here's a legally safer policy:

This version protects your business while remaining aligned with South African consumer law. It avoids clauses that could be considered unenforceable, such as attempting to completely exclude liability for goods lost or damaged before delivery, while still making it clear that courier delays are outside your direct control.
